Hello, if you have enough milk, your son wees sufficiently, then you don't have to complement breastfeeding with tea or water at this age.

Breastfeeding and baby foods

08/06/20 14:22

Hello, I have a 5-month-old son who weighs 5800g, last week he has started wanting to be breastfed more and more often, during the day every 2 hours, sometimes even every 1.5 hours, at night after every 3 hours. Can I already start with baby food and if so, as soon as possible?

Hello, yes, you can start with baby food and gradually, as your son tolerates the food, completely replace 1 breastfeeding with the food. Start with a single type of vegetable side dish, such as carrots, which is cooked and liquidized. Always give 1 type of vegetable for at least 2-3 days, then add another type.

Walking alone

08/06/20 14:16

I’d like to ask if everything is okay or should I take my son for a specialized examination? I have a 14-month-old son who has been walking using the furniture for a long time, he can sit on his own, climb on a chair, sometimes he even stands on his own in the open for a while before realizing that he is not holding anything or no one is holding him, so he immediately drops to his knees and quickly crawls. He takes a few steps if held by the hand, but then prefers to go on his knees or someone to carry him. He doesn't want to walk alone. Should I have him examined or wait?

Hello, you don't have to have your son examined yet, most likely he'll start walking on his own in a while, given the description of his other skills. If you are still worried and this condition persists, and you don’t see any progress at all, you can talk to your son's paediatrician who can prescribe treatment, for example, RHB or even a neurological examination.

Hello, it would definitely be better for the foetus (and for you) if you stop smoking as soon as possible, if possible immediately, but if you have been smoking for a long time and heavily, you can gradually reduce the number of cigarettes before you stop smoking completely, but try to do so as soon as possible, without undue delay.

Hello, if it concerns positioning the pram so it is completely flat, then yes, your daughter can be in it.
