Hello, it’s possible it could be the teeth, but unlikely at her age. What is more likely is that she could be suffering from colic. It also depends on how she sleeps at night, how she eats, whether she calms down in your arms or not, whether she has a temperature, diarrhoea, vomits significantly more, whether she is losing weight. If you are breastfeeding, do you have enough milk ? What changed 3 weeks ago? That’s why, I can’t give a clear answer to your question. It would be better for you to visit your daughter's paediatrician and arrange the next steps directly with him/her.
Reply by: DoctorHello, I would like to ask if I can breastfeed even though I have a cracked nipple and a little blood flows from it while breastfeeding? The little one is 5 months. It's very painful. The nipple on my other breast isn’t cracked. Show more

From: MomHello, I have a one-year-old son and at the end of the week he should have his last jab of hexa-vaccine. However, he has had a cold since yesterday and today he is starting to cough, he does not have a temperature yet. Can he still be vaccinated or should I postpone it? Show more
From: MomHello, I have an 8-month-old son, I’d like to ask, how dangerous is it for him if he gets a cold sore? He got a kiss on the cheek from an acquaintance who had a cold sore on her mouth, unfortunately I noticed it too late. Show more
From: MomHello, I have a 14-month-old daughter. A while ago, she was sitting on a couch about 40 cm high and fell backwards on to the floor and hit her head. She cried right away, she wasn't unconscious, she had nothing on her head, just a lump started to form, but it wasn't bleeding. Now she’s laughing and playing as per usual. Should I go to A&E with her? Show more

Insomnia in a 4-month-old girl
Hello, we have been fighting our daughter’s insomnia for 3 weeks, the most she sleeps during the day is 5 minutes. Otherwise, she whines, sticks her fingers and fists into her mouth. Could it be teething, even if her gums are not swollen? Thank you
